Delivery & Timescales
Parcels are sent out from the UK. We deliver to both the UK and internationally.
Parcels are sent out with Royal Mail. The majority of parcels within the UK are sent out second class and tracking numbers are provided, and they update us when the
parcel status shows delivered.
International parcels are sent again via Royal Mail,
they are sent tracked and tracking numbers will be available.
If delivery is attempted, with no answer, You may need to arrange to collect your
parcel or arrange re delivery, you will find information regarding this on your
tracking page.
It is the customers responsibility to make any necessary arrangements. If your
parcel gets returned to us, it is your responsibility to pay the postage fee to re ship your item. The same
applies if you give the incorrect address.
We are not responsible for any delays with postage, customs clearance, or during busy periods such as
holidays and festivities.
Any extra fee's, custom fee's are not our responsibility, these are government imported charges and must be paid by the buyer.
Timescales can vary, but orders will be processed as soon as possible. Dependant on what you order and stocking levels, orders can take up to 1 week. Sometimes quicker, I will try my best to get it out to you sharpish.
